Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

Welcome to NovaStream. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NovaStream streaming platform, website, applications and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to subscribe. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are intended for personal, non-commercial use by one household.

3. Subscriptions, billing and trials

  • The Service is offered on a subscription basis as described on our Pricing page.
  • New subscribers may be offered a free trial. Only one free trial per household is permitted unless stated otherwise.
  • Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time from account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly display or make available any part of the Service or its content other than as expressly permitted;
  • circumvent, reverse-engineer or interfere with security features, digital rights management or usage rules;
  • share account credentials outside of your household;
  • use automated systems, bots or scrapers to access the Service.

5. Content

All movies, series, artwork, audio and metadata available through the Service are protected by copyright and owned by NovaStream Media Ltd. or its licensors. Content availability may change without notice due to licensing agreements. Titles marked as “originals” are produced or commissioned by NovaStream.

6. Offline downloads

Where downloads are offered, they are licensed only for personal viewing during the term of your subscription and are subject to viewing windows and device limits described in the Help Center.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in payment fraud, or otherwise create risk or legal exposure for us or other users. Where practical, we will notify you in advance by email.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaStream Media Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
